Al‑Jadeda Foods Company specializes in the production of pasta, spaghetti, and vermicelli. Established in 2014 in a strategic location in Amman, Jordan, the facility enables efficient distribution across all regions of the Hashemite Kingdom.
The factory is equipped with state-of-the-art Swiss-engineered technology from Bühler and operates three production lines with a total daily capacity of 184 tonnes. The company runs two short-cut pasta lines, each supported by eight silos with a storage capacity of 300 tonnes per line. Additionally, the long-cut pasta line includes eight silos with a storage capacity of 35 tonnes. The product range includes 34 varieties of short-cut pasta and 8 types of long-cut pasta, including spaghetti and vermicelli.
Marketed under the Pasta Mama brand, the company serves the Jordanian market and exports to Lebanon, Iraq, Qatar, and other regional markets. It also offers private label packaging for partners and distributors. Al‑Jadeda Foods aims to continue expanding its presence in Arab and international markets in the near future.
