About

The Jordanian Flour Company, which was founded in 2001 as a subsidiary of Al-Hazaa Investment Group, is a leading company in the field of flour milling and grain production in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

The Jordanian Flour Company was first established in 2001 as a silo company for storing grain at a capacity of 5,000 tonnes, in addition to grinding grains at a capacity of 160 tonnes a day, including flour (72%) and bran (28%). In implementation of the company's vision, we increased production lines from one to two parallel lines in 2004, raising production capacity to 320 tonnes/24 hours, and then to 360 tonnes/24 hours in 2006. The company has always been keen to continuously develop its production lines.

In the storage field, our company installed in 2017 storage silos with a capacity of 30,000 tonnes to raise the total storage capacity of the mill to 35,000 tonnes.

The Jordanian Flour Company, with its senior management and exceptional cadre, exerts great efforts to frequently and regularly develop its products according to its set goals. The company's strategy is based on providing high-quality products and implementing sustainable development policy in order to meet the demands of its customers.

The Jordanian Flour Company has always been keen to build itself on firm foundations that enable it to provide services and products with consistent quality and that meet the highest standards of quality and innovation. The company promises its clients a quality that they can trust, and it proved this through the popularity of its products in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. Quality is the cornerstone of our progress and aspirations, and we seek to maintain it, starting from the moment we receive high-quality wheat, which is carefully picked from the best sources in the world, and until our products are delivered to end consumers.

The Jordanian Flour Company employs state-of-the-art global technology and equipment. In cooperation with Buhler of Switzerland, the Jordan Flour Company built cleaning and purification lines that use Sortex sorter, sieves, and a number of other sorting devices. All these devices help to reduce the level of bacteria significantly and prevent the transmission of microbes to the final product. We were even able to reach zero results in germs tests. Buhler also provides the Jordan Flour Company with the latest production lines that help in the smooth production of quality products after passing the grain cleaning and grinding lines, which are equipped with the most advanced technologies in the world.

The Jordanian Flour Company uses P.I.C system that allows easy control of production lines and guarantees safety. The system also allows direct, round-the-clock contact with Buhler to follow up the operations. In addition, the company uses WINCOS system that helps to follow up and resolve any malfunctions through direct contact lines to the manufacturers of this technology. The global technology adopted by the Jordanian Flour Company guarantees safe storage for the final products and facilitates the transfer of the product from the storage stages to the packing stages to meet increasing demands. The company also employs a "Bulk Outload" technology, a system that allows filling containers directly with more than 30 tonnes of flour while placed on a transport vehicle.

The Jordanian Flour Company continuously seeks to develop its human resources and improve the skills of its employees by sending them to training courses in order to improve production and train the employees on advanced methods of product development. We send technicians in charge of production and maintenance to attend several training courses at Buhler, Switzerland, to learn the latest technology in the world.
